Dale Bannon is a seasoned nonprofit leader with over 20 years of executive experience. Currently serving as the National Community Relations and Development Director for The Salvation Army, Dale oversees innovative digital fundraising strategies, corporate partnerships, emergency disaster response and communications efforts. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, a master’s degree in organizational leadership, and a doctorate in executive leadership from the University of Charleston, where he was named a Dr. George E. Walker Fellow in 2015.

Marc finished his distinguished 32-year career at General Mills as Executive Vice President of Global Strategy, Growth, Marketing Innovation and New Business Development. He now leads his consulting firm, Wisefellows Consulting. He is married to his wife, Alicia. They have two children, Alexander and Gabrielle. Marc also serves as the Chairman of The Salvation Army’s National Advisory Board.
